Our factory is located in Ying county, Shanxi province, together with another nearby county - Huai Ren, they are the major production area in North China for daily-use ceramic products.
Shanxi has a long history for ceramic production, it starts from 2,000 years ago with pottery making，and the first national owned ceramic factory was built there in 1970s.
The advantages of Shanxi compared to the other production area:
1. Low material cost
(1) well developed cattle husbandry, good supply for the bone ash
(2) easy to get kaolin clay locally
2. Low energy cost
Shanxi province is famous for its coal and natural gas resources, the cost of energy is much cheaper
3. Low labour cost and industrial land cost
4. Massive production volume
The annual production volume of Ying county and Huai Ren county is around 4 billion pieces.
Because of these advantages, many Guangdong and Tangshan companies set up their factories or produce their products in Shanxi province.
